Great experience, easy to organise time for pick up. On time and great communication of when the containers are arriving at location. Justin help us organise our containers and made the move efficient.

It was great first contact with Sandra to arrange time, and communicate about quantities of things need to storage. It was great I could call after working hours too. She is very easy to talk to, very friendly!Moving crew were efficient with time, and professional, didn’t waste any time.I personally just felt the phone operator who manage the service (not saying name here) was bit rude and impatient on the phone. When I express my concern about possibility of late arrival of truck, and extension of moving time, he said very firmly “stop, just listen, you are making me very confused”. Being direct with customer is good, but did not appreciate the tone.

Giving 5 stars mainly because Justin was amazing. Box fitted everything I needed. Wasn’t aware of an overtime fee for over an hours work which I feel is unrealistic.

I had a lot more than I thought I did to load into the unit today, but the team were amazing and managed to fit it all into the one box. So grateful for their help, the process was easy and I would recommend to anyone.

The loveliest guys came to my house and quickly and efficiently packed them all into the storage unit with care and precision. Very very happy with the service and the price. Highly recommend.
