F45 Training Airlie Beach
I’m so happy F45 has come to Airlie Beach. The workouts are always changing and the pace is fast so there’s never a chance to get bored. The trainers are very welcoming and are always ensuring everyone is getting the best out of their workouts. The feel good endorphins after each class makes F45 very addictive!

I love going to f45 airlie beach. Sonny, Vicki, Mon, Cleo and the team have been so welcoming and encouraging. Even after 2 months of training with them I'm already achieving my goals. I'm so much stronger and fitter. I love how every workout us different every day so you never get bored and always look forward to the session..thanks so much I'm in life!

Super grateful and excited to have F45 facility in Airlie beach! Sonny and his team have the best vibes and made me feel comfortable for where my personal fitness level is at. I love that there are screens with exercise instructions to remind me what I am doing throughout the workout. Can’t wait for the recovery room with plunge pools and infrared saunas to open so I can work out and chill! 10/10!!!!

Man o man do I enjoy F45 Airlie Beach!I love that each workout is different and that you get a complete body workout every time. The motivation from the team and assistance during the workout is amazing!I'm sure I'll be a member for quite some time.....

Amazing place for training. The trainers and the owners are very nice and supportive.The atmosphere that you breathe in f45 Airlie Beach is just positivity.I love the fact that they follow you trough the exercises to help you and do it better.I feel very comfortable in there ❤️

When my partner and I first moved to Airlie we were looking for a community. We were lucky enough that F45 had opened a week prior offering exactly what we were after.Everyone is so friendly and supportive, Sonny, Vicky and all the trainers are simply incredible, always greet every single member by their name and with a warm smile, regardless if it is at 4:55 am or 5:25 pm.Can’t recommend this place enough, it is not only a gym but a community.

Sonny, Monique, and Cleo. Had the best energy if any Gym I’ve ever been to. The functional fitness suited me down the ground. If you are in Airlie beach you need to train here. And they had puppies.
