I can't speak highly enough of this business and their people. A bit cheaper than everyone else but what stands out, is the service. Shani and Kelly on the phone, really helpful and then when we realised we didn't need the 4th bin, Bruce immediately refunded us. When the guys came this morning to drop off 3rd and collect first 2, it was really soft. They were capable, professional and very good natured about the manoeuvres required to get safely in and out. It's genuinely rare to find this level of service anymore, and such a relief. Thank you to all of you. 5* for every one of you!Karen & Ram

Cleaning out a house for a deceased estate. Booked bins twice in a 2 week period: first a 4 metre bin, then a 3 metre bin. Website helped us select appropriate bin sizes. Easy to book and pay over the phone. Driver called ahead to confirm arrival time and was prompt on both occasions. Skip collected the following day as per our request. Drivers friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service. It was just what we needed. Thanks so much.

The customer services and delivery team at Bbins were extremely professional, friendly and easy to deal with. I ordered 3 bins within 72 hours, they delivered/swapped on time. The bins are of very good quality. The delivery guys were every accommodating, placed it exactly where i wanted them due to limited access. Highly recommend them.. I would not use anybody else on the Northshore. Great work guys..
