Calipso installed a new skimmer box that leaked like a sieve from day one (worse than the old one). After two follow up visits that achieved nothing, Calipso is no longer returning any of my calls and emails. I regret having paid promptly, as soon as the job was 'complete'.It's those times a job does not go well that demonstrates the level of professionalism and integrity of management. Calipso has taken the money and has simply walked away from a job that is grossly sub-standard. Big fail on this one Calipso. Avoid.

Did the most half arsed job on cleaning our spa, and left the water running and let it overflow for hours. Came back a second day after we complained and still left it pretty filthy. Pulled out the filters and it was like they didn't even clean them at all, the spa instantly filled with algae that hadn't been cleaned out at all.I'm just glad I didn't pay a cent for their service.
