Once you enter to reception area, a beautiful fragrance from the aromatic candle and the ambient music will shift your senses and mood straight away. The services are straight forward and easy to book online. I personally love the private sauna room. This is a lovely place to relax and re-centre after a busy day or week from work.

I was lucky enough to get the full package for my birthday! Infra red sauna, deep tissue massage AND a float! WOW! What an experience! Loved every second, and I have felt incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated ever since! Staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was nice and calm. Can't wait to go back!

First time experiencing the floating salt bath. Was an amazing experience. My partner and I have never felt so relaxed. Next time we will have a massage too. Nice new luxurious facilities. Friendly staff.

Absolutely loved the whole experience and will definitely back for more float therapy and a massage too! Also loved the chill out room and yummy tea! Thankyou for offering a relaxing spa treatment at an affordable price, and so close to home! Will be referring my friends for sure!

Whilst I think the city cave experience is a good one, I do not recommend the Springwood branch. I was overcharged and rather than fix the problem, they told me I now had a credit. To get my owed refunds I now have to wait until someone can contact someone, who can sort it out. Modern era and this is the response?? As the rooms were cold it was not an enjoyable experience and the music promised never arrived. I chose not to stay for my full hour. Whilst I will go back to a city cave, I will not go back to this one. Give this location a miss
