Country Nails

When we arrived they told us to come back in a couple of hours. We even rang to make an appointment just incase. When we got there another lady showed up for the same time appointment as me and my friend. We sat there and waited for 30 minutes , finally got into a chair first. Sat there for an extra 5-10 minutes. Then my friend sat next to me and the lady was appointed to a seat.The man I had was very rough, I came out with cuts on my cuticles and he filed so hard on the side of my nail that the skin split, it was very deep. When we had finished up the lady that was told to come back at 1sat in that chair, still untouched for a whole hour.They did a great job but my fingers are sore and the waiting time is ridiculous.

Regularly have my nails done here. Fast not nonsense service. Usually just walk in with your under 10mins wait. Appts don't seem to matter as if U make one they still take those in salon first. Xmas is mad at all salons we customers just need to exercise a little patience...they do their best

Absolutely disgusting place… got my nails done here last Saturday, while finishing up on my nails there was a lady next to me getting her nails fixed because they were coming off from the day before then as it turns out mine were all off by TUESDAY!!! Not to mention my pinky is now INFECTED!! Bleeding gooy and yellow from this place !!! Imagine spending $65 to have them off and INFECTED 3 days later !!! Don’t go to this place unless you truely want disgusting hands !

Whole experience was 2 hours long which included waiting, removing sns and adding a new set of sns. End result was amazing, love the way they look. Was very busy considering it’s Christmas time but will most likely return when I visit port again during the non busy hours :)

I tried to get a manicure and pedicure today and believing that they don’t take bookings I arrived at 11:45 prepared to wait. I was asked if I had a booking and when I said no I was asked to come back at 1 pm. I did some chores and arrived back at 12:20 and asked if I could wait until they were ready. In the meantime two ladies arrived 10 minutes later also without a booking and asked for a pedicure each. Some 10 minutes later they were shown to the massage chairs and given foot baths while I was asked to pick nail colours. I politely reminded the young nail technician that I too had requested a pedicure and was told that she would be finishing her current client then doing the other two pedicures next. I assumed that the other technician would be doing my manicure after she had finished with her current client and tried to be patient. Then another woman walked in saying she had an appointment for a nail fill at 1 pm. Clearly there is no formal booking system and I was getting frustrated that I had been waiting over an hour and had two walk ins arrive after me being serviced ahead of me so I left having wasted an hour of my time. I will not go back to the Lake Innes Country Nails.
