Zero stars. Found an orphaned Possum...., called the police who gave me the number for the Fauna rescue hotline who gave me Sowfi's number. Called them at 11 pm, after staying on the line for a few minutes, it said nobody's there to take your call, leave a message. What's the point of advertising yourselves as a 24 hour hotline when nobody will take the call?

I found a sick crested pigeon in my garden today & called SOWFI to ask for help. Julie & Gary were so helpful & gave great advice . A wonderful couple came to collect the poor little bird & hopefully all will be well. Thanks again xxx.

SOWFI volunteers always go above and beyond. Very thankful for all the care they have been able to provide each time I have dropped an injured or unwell possum off to the vet. Thank you!

It was quite late at night, and I found a baby possum in my backyard injured.. I’m a huge animal lover and I was so distressed it to what to do.. These wonderful people were at my house within 45 minutes and took care of the situation. Absolutely amazing. I’m so glad the services available.. thank you

After finding an injured Galah in our yard and taking to a vet, I was contacted by SOWF who had collected the bird to help in its recovery. A day or so later they phoned me again with an update that they were releasing it back into the wild right near my house where it was found. My kids were so happy that it made a full recover and we're all very thankful to SOWF for helping. And it bites hard, trust me haha ask my daughter. They do wonderful things for animals in need.
