Lui and his staff were first class and couldn't do enough for you, they handled everything and nothing was a problem. Would I recommend them to everyone looking to buy, sell or rent in their area Bloody oaf I would, I hope to deal with them again.

BEWARE of dishonest people.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! I have had the worst experience with this place about 2 months ago I made an offer on a block of land and never herd back as to if the offer has been accepted or not Lui seams to only want the easy sells as it turns out after I emailed him to see what the go was my offer was declined and he failed to make me a counter offer or even the chance to increase the offer there was zero communication from Lui and this is not the first time from Lui that this has happened. (no wonder the property has been on the market for years and the owner has now removed from the market according to lui)Every person that I have spoken to about this in the local town laughs and says that's nothing un usual coming from the realestate or something along them lines as of today forward I will do no business with this company wether is is buying or selling very un professional and I am very disappointed as communication is Key!!!!!P.S This is the firs ever google review that I have ever written that is how disappointed I am buy this hopeless realestateP.S.S In responce to your comment I did call Lui on his cell with no response and I did also email him with again no response and when I inquired about the property on realestate.com there was no response for 2 weeks until I called your office as for my offer it was 230 for a bear block of land that was on the market for years at 280 and I would have come up to 250 but was never given the chance again due to lack of communication

Terrible service, withheld vitial information regarding the property. Won't correspond anymore. Absolutely shocking. I highly suggest if you're a buyer or seller to stay very far away from this company. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism.

Our main complaint regarding Country Realty was the lack of communication to the point of we recently made a phone call and after leaving a message on there phone we recieved no reply. This was for them to rent our property out.
