Jiggle Cheesecake

Ordered through Uber Eat. I really like the fluffy cheese cake and egg tarts! The texture and smell are both perfect, and they are not too sweet.

Lovely shop in the food court selling desserts and drinks, great value.We had the egg tarts ($1.5 for original, $1.8 for pandan), pandan chiffon cake ($2.5), soy milk with brown sugar ($3.5 for regular size). Egg tarts wasn’t what we expected - the texture was jiggly and light like the ones at your yumcha place but the crust was rather crusty and not your usual puff pastry. The tarts aren’t overly sweet and balanced.Chiffon cake was decent, could’ve had more pandan flavours. Soy milk was great too and you can adjust your sugar levels.Will return!

Nice Japanese or Korean style soft cheesecake, but I still prefer the more traditional western style one.

Light and airy, Jiggle Cheesecake lives up to its name. Very different to the American style baked cheesecakes which are a lot denser or the unbaked type that is very soft and creamy, this is more like a souffle, Available in 4 flavours - original, chocolate, strawberry and matcha - we tried the original which was very tasty and not too sweet. A small is the perfect size to share between 2.

The cheesecake is light and fluffy. The egg tart fillings has a jelly-like consistency and the crust is more of a shortbread texture. Will definitely come back and try the burnt basque cheesecake.

After waiting in line patiently, the lady who served me didn’t wait for my full order and instead started serving the Asian man behind me who ordered all the Portuguese tarts that I wanted to add to my order. I was palmed off to her son who took my boba soy milk tea order however instead of telling me they had run out of boba, he just refunded $2 and handed me a lukewarm soy milk drink which wasn’t what I ordered. 2 stars for the basque cheesecake, which I should say wasn’t jiggly at all

Love all the sweets they make especially when the tarts are fresh out of the oven. Tofu, chiffon cake and soy milk is an absolute fave too.

Loved the classic cheesecake, haven't tried the burnt/caramelized one yet. The classic one however was amazing.... Loved it...
