These guys (Nevin specifically) sold me an ex minesite Hilux. It's a 2016 model and since iv bought it I've had to- get all the discs and pads changed 2k- new suspension 3k- replace all fuel injectors 4k- replace timing chain 5k- replace dpf done by Toyota- replace engine mountsThis car was driven into the ground like all the ex minesite cars they sell. Nevin knows exactly what condition they are when he sells them. They may be good for the first 20k km/1 year but then you have nothing but problems with them.

Turns out, the bloke who sells the cars, nevin judging by the reviews, knows nothing about cars.Spun a whole bunch of garbage that was completely irrelevant to why I was there. I think the owner needs to do an IQ test before hiring so they don't end up looking stupid again.Avoid avoid avoid at all costs.Directly to nevin, go put ur helmet back on mate.

This is a bunch of flowers for Niven who displayed amazing customer service when I was looking for a vehicle last week! He listened to me when I was explaining what I was looking for and was able to give me advice which enabled me to clarify my search. He went way beyond what I would have expected of a salesman and I am happy to recommend him to others.

Purchased a 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer from Nevin at Focus on cars. Nevin helped me find the car in the colour I wanted in my budget. He arranged for a tow ball to be installed to the Lancer for my bike carrier within a day of me purchasing the car so I could pick the car up the next day. The trade in price he gave me on my Falcon was also very fair which I was happy with. Very friendly and helpful guy with a great variety of cars. I've had the car a little while now with no problems and really love it. Would definitely recommend and purchase another car through Nevin again.

Nevin from focus on cars has sold multiple new and used cars to the company I work for over the last few years. He organised them to be transported across the state and all accessories to be fitted.I have also personally purchased a Toyota Prado that I was very happy with. Was in there the other day, very disappointed, customer service from nevin was appaling. Made me feel like garbage even though they quoted something that they didn't even have. Wasted my time completely. I should have looked at the reviews before ever dealing with them. 2 of these supposed 5 star reviews were written by family members. Utter disgrace.

Avoid This Business Like The PlagueThis week I decided to surprise my family and purchase a caravan. Our son on Wednesday had 12 plus hours heart surgery, due to his CCHD heart disease we did not know nor did Dr what whey could do if anything to improve life, it was his last chance due to being on palliative care. The Dr worked a miracle and he is recovering nicely. On Thursday I noticed an add on Gumtree called Gary and organised to purchase a tow bar for our Ford. Friday was advised to drive to Bullsbrook pay the $250 then collect at Focus Cars Saturday in Ellenbrook. Before arriving we made six telephone calls to organised the tow bar to be fitted. Every business called said, “No way no one should ever fit a second hand tow bar as it needs to be new - certified “ OMG that makes sense we thought. Upon arrival the situation was explained and immediately told by Nevin ? Not sure on his name good luck with that one mate it’s out back go get it not my problem. I sat nicely in the office and explained please be a gentleman and we have had a hell of a week out son had 12 hour surgery, please we need money as we need to get it brand new so it’s certified. We asked do you know someone to install being in the car game ? Quick as he got a consumer affairs book out pointing and a laminated consumer affairs certified document and said , “there it is take a photo and get out”Being parked across the road as the yard is full of cars and in total shock eventually opened Google reviews to see if anyone else offered feedback. When I looked up he was standing next to our car looking very angry and said ohh your going to do a google review. I asked him to step away from the vehicle right now. Ge then said, “If you write a google review I’m going to sue for deformation “ Furthermore said I threatened him “lies” then he explained the Ellenbrook police are on there way right now. Then wrote our numbers plate numbers on his hand. Sitting in a local car park shaking I called the Police explained the situation asked if a call was made ? The call centre lady was lovely and said, “Definitely not” it’s a civil issue Police would rarely get involved” We have waisted valuable time away from home to support our sons recovery, spent what feels like $$$ on fuel cost and has taken me away from running our very busy business about four hours in total.l time waisted and no tow bar. We hope nobody purchases this tow bar for health and safety fair reasonably all stakeholders considered. Hopefully someone benefits from our post.
