Worst nail place in the south west! Absolutely disgusted with there customer service and work. They are rushed rude and have no care for what the customer wants!!Would highly recommend going elsewhere to save ya money!!!!!

I came in with my 4 year old for both a manicure and pedicure for each of us and the staff were fantastic! My 4 year old had a ball she loved the experience and how friendly the staff were with her.The nails look beautiful.Absolutely coming back!

Had pedicure. Girl was lovely and friendly good job but they are out pricing themselves now could not believe the price rise. Will be going elsewhere cheers

Please, PLEASE if you ever read and trust a review let it be this one. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I have never gotten acrylics before but know what to expect from friends. Wanted to experience it properly for the first time and I regret it. The technician was so aggressive to the point she made me bleed around my cuticles. The acrylics looked aweful and thick. The colour options were good but that was the only redeeming quality. I sat there for 2 and a half hours for aweful looking nails. My nails feel like they're going to break off if I pick anything up. I also felt like I was being rushedany time I needed to make a decision. I ended up taking them off as soon as I got home.Very sad this didn't work out :(

Was very busy and staff were rushing between customers.. 2 of my acrylic nails came off in 3 days! Even had an appointment but didn't stop the poor customer service unfortunately.. cant rush a job and expect it to be great. I did contact them and they offered to re do the nails that came off but I would.prefer a company that does not try to rush and push so many customers through just to get the jobs done.

I WOULD GO ELSEWHERE, I don’t normally write a review, but today it’s needed!They OVERBOOK!!!! I called and booked my appt as I only had limited time frame. For hands and feet shellac.Arrived they started my nails 20mins after my appt time, I choose my colours for my hands and feet.Then after my hands were done and the lady was going to start my feet, the boss lady said sorry I only booked you for hands….this is NOT TRUE…she had even collected my feet colour!! It’s just that there was 3 other ladies in the shop waiting to be done!She OVERBOOKED!!!Whilst I was there a lady came in complaining about the quality of her nails done yesterday and needed them redone. I would go somewhere else if you are looking to get your nails done and save yourself the time.

Loved my time at this nail Salon. I have been to 4 nail salons in Bunbury Area and so far this one is my FAVOURITE. I had the manager and she was lovely. I’ll definitely be using this place as my go to nail place!

Extremely unprofessional service. I called in there today to have a pedicure - no appointment as I have always just walked in before & if they are busy I call back One of the young girls attended to me & was very pleasant - there was only 1 other person in the shop - the rest were staff. There was obviously conflict between the woman in charge (who was having her nails done) & the young girl that was attending to me - there was shouting & carry on which was when I dried my feet & walked out - and will never go back there again
