I completed my 10 week Yoga Therapy journey with Tanaya late last year and a few of my friends have asked “what’s Yoga Therapy”? It’s so hard to put into words, “very powerful” comes to mind. One’s mind needs to be open to receive and except and I found my journey over the ten weeks to be “enlightening”. There is not a day goes by that I don’t think about some of the mindfulness and practices we put in place and my journey will continue to grow over time.Tanaya herself … she is the most wonderful human you will ever meet, so caring yet focused on good outcomes for your journey. I’m sure she could ready my mind at times - hahaha!Just over 12 months ago I attended a Yoga Retreat in Denmark south WA ran by Tanaya, which led me to exploring “Yoga Therapy! A big thanks to Tanaya and I look forward to more retreats in the future.Kerrie :) x

Best retreat in the South West of WA! I’ve been on quite a few wellness retreats and yoga workshops over the years and the Mind Body Collective Great Southern Retreat in Denmark with Tanaya was something else. Yoga like I’ve never experienced before. A very well curated five day adventure in one of the most beautiful locations on the planet.It has given me a new sense of attunement with my body and helped me in the practice of turning self judgement into genuine curiosity and open-heartedness, both in my yoga practice and in life. I Highly recommend!

I am so grateful for the results achieved after practising the Brahma Mudra technique with Tanaya. For several months I had experienced an intermittent, but very distracting 'tickling' sensation in my left ear. I had the sensation many times throughout the day. It was as though there was an insect inside moving around. The sensation was felt from deep within the ear canal, but sometimes more externally where I could see there was nothing physically causing this feeling. I had been to my GP and had my ear syringed. She and my chiropractor both thought it was a nerve issue but were not able to help me. Finally I thought to ask Tanaya if she had any suggestions. After practising this technique just once in the studio and once again at home the next day, the sensation has completely disappeared! It has been a month or more and I have not once felt it! Amazing!!! Thank you!!!

I’m so glad I’ve managed to attend Tanaya’s zoom yoga classes regularly throughout the Covid chaos. These classes have really worked wonders for my heart and soul. The practice, the connection, the breathing, the complete package has worked miracles for my body, mind, soul and overall health. I was fortunate enough to attend Tanaya’s yoga therapy workshop yesterday for managing back pain. It was amazing. Tanaya has so much incredible knowledge, passion and experience and I’m really grateful and inspired to learn so many invaluable insights and connect with such a wonderful yoga community in the process.
