Huge shoutout to Arjit who helped me out in the Norwood store! He was up front and very helpful when it came to what internet setup best suited our needs, going above and beyond, even offering advice on how to fix my phones charging issues. Will be returning to this store.

I normally don't leave bad reviews but I had a terrible customer service experience at this store today. I came in twice to enquire about a product and was served by a young bearded man with an ipad. On both occasions he was arrogant and unfriendly, and did not seem interested in answering my questions. The floor of the store was not even busy at the time! Needless to say I left without buying the product and will look elsewhere. Expected much more from a company like Telstra!

Everytime like doing nothing, book in for 3 hours and have no one call back, have to walk back and check. The reason is they did not write anything on the pad. And when you walk in the shop. There staff are so busy only for talk with another staff have fun. Telstra ceo if you having a shop like this, I hope you are running a good business. If not just close it. No one can feel it.

On 5/8/2022 I went to Telstra's Norwood store to upgrade my mobile phone and renew my contract. It was my lucky day as Prashant Singh assisted me and his customer service was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even offered to transfer everything from my old iPhone to my new one ... as well as putting my screen protector and new case on. How about that?! I have always had great service from this store. Thank you for making this purchase experience a pleasant one.
