Best local Chinese/Asian grocery shop. Have been shopping there on weekly’s basis for more than 5 years.

Beware of over charging & must check your receipt! Double entry of the same item & can’t even complain because their phone is not connected!

They have a large range of products, but some items are priced higher than other stores. It's the biggest Asian supermarket in the area, and has convenient parking. They have a wide range of spices, condiments, grains and many frozen foods and a section at the back with kitchen tools and equipment. I have bought Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Malaysian and Indian products here. They also sell cows milk, and several types of soy milk.

Just one Supermarket CarlingfordVisited on 19/6/2023It is a very stocked and clean Asiam supermarket. It is more like one for the neighbourhood. As it is close to the Dumpling / Zun festival, there are bamboo leaves for Zun wrapping, sold at the checkout. Already wrapped zuns are available too.I have not seen yam and white radish as big as big as those sold here. The Asian greens and fruits are not overpriced. The store is bright and clean, and the goods on the shelves are organised. Like most Asian supermarkets, it sells frozen Asian food, fish, confectionery, biscuits, etc.

A typical Asian supermarket with one big distinction. It has a lot less shoppers than it’s typical neighbours at eastwood . I shop there because I can take my time browsing the isles without resorting to hand to hand combat to push my way through the crowds.

Price scam alert! The price shown at checkout of the items I was going to purchase is much higher than the price marked on shelf. Mistakes in price tags are understandable but what the staff told us when we raised the issue was unacceptable! Despite the clearly stated price marked on shelf and confirmed by one of the staff, the lady at check out insisted that they follow what the scan machine tells them and the price is according the item's barcode (not that it made much sense at that point).Anyway, do check the prices at check out when you shop there.

We love coming here for all the things you just can't get in the chain supermarkets. Very affordable prices too. They also have a great freezer section of mock meats and vegan brands such as Lamyong.

Won’t go to this shop anymore! Terrible experience instore. And old man pushed me and yelled at me “fuck! get out of my store and we won’t do business with you ##%%**“when he thought I changed his eggs, but actually I only wanted to buy 2 and picked up 2 from the case.

Dubious pricing system. The freezer section is confusing as they have so many labels all over the place that does not properly identify which is which as the brand names are either missing or do not match with what is on sale.I bought a kilo of frozen prawns as the price shown right in front of the stash was $16.99. When I paid, it was $22! I went back to the freezer to check. There were about 3 price tags that indicates frozen prawns (while there was only one kind of frozen prawns on sale). 2 of these tags were located at the rear while the $16.99 one was in the front, making it very misleading. All of the price tags were showing prices were less than $22.Then an employee comes along and puts the $22 price tag right next to the $16.99 one! I enquired about the price and the lady said the $16.99 is out of stock. Either this place is really disorganized (to their benefit) or they have pretty shoddy practices. There is another review here saying that prices at checkout is different from the labelled one so maybe the price discrepancy is not limited to freezer section items.I don't think I will be comfortable shopping here anymore.
