This shows that one staff member is not necessarily a reflection of the business and I’d like to thank Darryn for making the effort to rectify the negative experience I had before. He was able to list my vehicle and get an offer that is very close to what I wanted for the car. Please disregard my previous experience below.Previous review:Terrible experience. The customer service representative that I spoke to was arguing back and forth with me about the price at which I was hoping to get for my car. Considering the market value (is between 31-32k they’re were offering to list at 30% below market, which is quite unreasonable). The need to try and berate me in order to get the list price they want makes the whole experience that much worst.

Super easy service! I reached out to AutoFlip who contacted me the same day, got my car details and my asking price. I got a call that afternoon saying the car is sold, the money was in my bank 2 days later. I was very impressed by this service, they made it as simple as possible and what I loved most about it was I did not have to deal with any car salesperson. I highly recommend it.

Sold my Toyota Camry best service I have ever used just filled out details took pictures, they called and confirmed details. Someone came out the next day to have a look, gave me my asking price. Alex was amazing he guided us through the paperwork and picked up the car once the fund went in. I would 100% recommend this to friends and family
