GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BEFORE STARTING ANY WORK.I know that is pretty standard however I have been caught out regarding Solahart Canberr.I was promised an installation by sales consultant and then told by the plumbers that it could not be done.The sales consultant then said that he would never have made such a promise.They are a tricky bunch so be careful

I recently used Solahart Canberra to install a large solar panel and inverter system at my home, and I have been very happy with Solahart. Tim was excellent at explaining all the options involved, and the benefits of each option. I found his advice to be knowledgable, accurate, and objective. He was always quick to respond to any queries. Idris and his team installed the system without fault, and it was installed, connected and running that day. Idris also took the time to show me how the system operated, and gave me tips on how to get the best out of my new solar power system. I now have a great solar power system at my home working efficiently, and saving me money, as well as doing my bit to reduce our carbon footprint. I would highly recommend solahart to my friends.

Our hot water system has been fantastic! Always plenty of hot water supplied, reliable and efficient. Best part is, it feels great to be saving electricity and doing our bit for the environment! Next step, collecting our electricity from the Sun too! Will definitely be using Solarhart again!

Friendly, gave us a good quote on a large solar power system, installed it efficiently and with no fuss, up and running within two weeks of signing the contract. Great service, would recommend.

Three years in. System is leaking from two places, damage to roof. Roof was plugged with duct tape and silicon, very unprofessional. 25mm pipe had the correct insulation removed when fitting the new system. Incorrect size insulation was fitted to the pipes and poorly secured with some duct tape. Most of this wrong size insulation has now fallen off or is in the process of falling off. Advised the company. No queries back just a flat bad luck. Many old supporting brackets removed with the new fitting and now we have clanging pipes. I would not use them again. Company not at all interested in helping.
