WARNING! Do not use this company.My engagement with this company has been both disappointing and problematic. Their lack of contact and commitment to basic customer service has been staggering… Their ability to ignore me as a paying customer has been a prodigious effort on their behalf – if only they had placed that same effort into actually doing the job they were paid for perhaps I would not be so aggrieved. As a business  they seem to lack any of the necessary skills to schedule, organise and commit to delivery of services which they insist customers pay for prior to commencement of any work. This should, perhaps have been a first sign of impending doom… a company without solvency to pay for supplies before a customer transfers money to their account is not a sound business. I should have cancelled then, but, unfortunately (for me), the work was mid-point and I just needed it completed. What they delivered, however, was shoddy in the extreme. If you enjoy chasing down a company to complete basic work promised for completion weeks prior go with these guys. If you enjoy chasing down a company to rectify shoddy, sub-standard and outright incorrect work, go with these guys. Basically, if you want to bring disappointment and aggravation to your life, go with these guys. Nothing about my experience dealing with these clowns can be considered positive. Avoid at all costs. I regret my choice of giving this company my business and hope to help others avoid the mistake I make.

Not recommended. The fence was installed but the company is terrible to deal with. Inconsistent information provided. Didn’t show up on the second day and no phone call to let us know what was happening. Then took a day longer to complete than we were quoted. Take no responsibility for quality and service. Harassed me with voicemails and emails on the day of completion because they were finishing work early and wanted payment over the phone threatening to add further costs. Rude and unprofessional to deal with. Steer clear friends!

Gary and David were great when it came to our colorbond fencing and new gate. Communication was great and the workmanship first class. If you live in Redcliffe I highly recommend them for your new fencing project.

We had Lachie and Jesse out here in December. We have a difficult block which is steeply terraced. During the height of summer these guys were nothing short of professional. They cleaned up after themselves and just got on with the job. A couple of days ago we had a minor issue with one of the screws on a gate latch. Dave came out and fixed it and did a quick perimeter check too. We have many people commenting on the quality of our fence. We are delighted.

Had a great experience from Gary and the team. Any issues were quickly resolved and they were able to turn around the work in good time. Excellent value for money quote and service. Did a lot of shopping around (including google reviews - hence why I’m writing this) prior to our purchase and these guys were far and away more competitively priced. Happy to recommend.

Brilliant! Gary is great to deal with and the install is faultless. They even arranged temporary fencing for our dog while the fence was being put up, for no extra cost.Great bloke, great company!

Great experience with Gary and the team. Good communication. Fast quote. Follow through to get the job done and sort out some minor install issues. New pool fence with a custom panel to step up a retaining wall and a custom colourbond gate to match existing fence. Will be back.

We had 1 great fence installed and impressed with that job, we had a 2nd one installed. But it hit a snag. However, one call to Gary and he had the team resolve it very promptly, despite the work involved (which we must say was laborious). These days it is not easy to obtain such service. Gary kept his word and we are not only impressed but gained our trust for more work in the future. Thank you Gary for the professional ethics you displayed not only by word but by deed.

High staff turnover, non payment to creditors, don't pay employees superannuation. Look up the owners and you can see how many businesses they've open and closed. A lot of corner cutting with fabrication and instillation. Avoid like the plague. The majority of the 5 star reviews are friends and family of the owners. They removed their Facebook reviews due to the low score and disgusting reviews, that in itself is a sign to take your money elsewhere.
