I'm a doordasher and this is by far the longest wait time of any restaurant on the coast. They've got the wrong address set in the app as well and when I tried explaining that to the blonde manager woman, she told me it was the customers fault..but the store sets the store address, the customer doesn't. Its been happening for over 6 months now and it still hasn't been fixed.

I’ve used this location 3 times in the past month. Twice I had it delivered, and once my partner went through drive thru. Each time they fail to complete the order correctly and each time it’s the same exact order. Quarter pounder No cheese no mustard. As you can see by the picture, they could not produce the correct items. This time we called and spoke with the manger “Morgen” who proceeded to blame menulog. We questioned how the delivery person could be at fault for the makings of the food. We received the response “everyone makes mistakes!” True but when we explained this isn’t the first time but every time we order from their store this happens it seemed to fall on deaf ears. Didn’t matter that I can’t eat cheese. Just no care at this place which starts with the manger and bleeds down to the employees. Have also left a review on google maps from the last time this happened a week prior.

Came to the drive thru after a big concert, the store was packed and the lineup was massive, however the staff and managers were all handling it very well and super nice and understanding of the situation for us customers. They remained poised under the massive amount of pressure they had plus the whole floor being covered by intoxicated clients. The food was still fresh, hot and was worth the wait.

Just went to McDonald's Currimundi for dinner 2/5/23 & the place was disgusting, food scraps all over the tables & floor, 5 or more tables with rubbish everywhere, an over flowing open rubbish bin & that's just in the section that we were in, the staff don't seem to care either as we were there for over half an hour & nothing got cleaned while we were there & no they weren't busy either so there's just no excuse for it, when we mentioned it to one of the girls as we were leaving she really didn't seem to care at all. That's it for that place for us we won't be going back there again..

If you're an user driver or door dasher don't bother picking up from this store. Every other maccas is fine except this one. They don't start your order until we'll after you arrive and prioritise every other order before yours. Never leave before 10mins AFTER the pick up time and that's if you're lucky. Staff are horrible and rude and can't get help even if you're the next one in line. Just an absolute joke of a store, even when the managers are in

I was in drive thru with a multi-order. They forgot my Burger, we had to go back around. My iced caramel latte had no caramel in it and had no sugar syrup. It was very bitter.

We visited this place late at night. It was very quiet but food was prepared quickly. The facilities were well cleaned and looked after. I had ordered a hashbrown but it was very sad and undercooked. When I went to leave, I was called back to give my hashbrown to another customer but they said they didn't order one, so I have no idea why I was called back despite having paid for my order. So...you know when you've chewed all the flavour out of a piece of gum and it goes all rubbery? Well, that's what their chicken nuggets taste like. Not to mention that they had no full cream milk and I had to have a coffee made on skim, even though Woolworths is a five minute walk across the carpark and stocks heaps of milk. Which you could charge to sundries. Girl at the window handing the food over just shoves it at you with nothing but a scowl.
