Great customer experience and supportJulie had been absolutely amazing and understanding though the whole process of buying my dream seats.Any questions asked she came back with an answer in a fair time time and if she didn’t know she didn’t give me incorrect information she actually went and checked with the manufacturer, would recommend dealing with her for any needs or queries.Julie great job and keep it up after being in the auto industry myself for 10 years I know it’s the truth when I say it’s hard to find good customer support and a hard worker like yourself.

I ordered a console on 23 December 21, with a ridiculous lead time of April 27.On 2 May 2022, I contacted the business to finalise my transaction.I was informed by their staff member she would check my order and get back to me.Days later I get receive an email stating they are experiencing delays and subsequently informed me of another 8 week wait.This company considers a 7month wait for a console is acceptable.As they are in breach of their own contract I have requested a full refund.I now purchase through one of their competitors.A business with this poor business model and customer service will not be around much longer.Buyers beware

Taken aback with the quality of the full length floor console I purchased from these guys. Its workmanship and finishings like this that makes this country great. The wait was well worth it, there's no way any other console compares to theirs and the fact they have wait time proves this! New Recaro Seats fitted to son’s Subaru BRZ yesterday. Not only do they look great, but the car feels completely different to drive. You are much more connected through corners and the car is significantly more comfortable. Department of Interior fitted them in a day and organised for a certifier to attend the next day. Also ensured the adjustment was correct. Excellent product, great service! Before and after shots.

Contacted this company to make a centre roof console for my 1984 F-100. Communication was great from start to finish and the final product is just outstanding, excellent craftsmanship and I couldn’t be happier with how it looks after installing it myself.Thankyou so much guys, I absolutely love it!

Although it was a bit of a wait D.O.T.I were upfront .Full floor console for our 2022 79 series arrived, great product, excellent instructions for installation,Fits perfectly and my scan guage II fitted perfectly.Couldnt be happier.Cheers
