Horribly Expensive and own the Monopoly so you have no choice but to pay their exhorbitant fees - over $130 to have the existing system remotely connected to a new IP address after the NBN switch over.Their technician was very helpful and patient however the cost means that it ruined what should have been an easy experience. I mean, he did not have to move from his seat and the remote access charge of $80 is out of this world considering our IT support company gave them access to use the existing system!!!A joke company who charge for the smallest things with no thought of repeat business. It would be cheaper to return to just handing guests a key to open their door!
