Extremely friendly and helpful staff

Just got stolen by lady who advertised 3 lighters for $6 ($2 each)and I asked her for that deal. Then she add one more lighter for me to get the deal and made me pay 4 lighters for $10($2.5 each)Get a life instead of stealing people. Be careful when buying there. Owner return me my $2.

I really like the staff and service here, however I was persuaded into changing my ryo tobacco to a new 'smoother' one and I have to say am far from impressed with it. It's not flavoursome for a rum taste and I don't feel like I've had a smoke and my throat is hurting more after only having it for 2 days. Should've stuck to what I know and like.

After placing an order on Tuesday to be told that the order would be in on Thursday.Went in on Thursday order not there, heading to Perth on Friday called in early arvo no order not there spoke to manager and left my contact details and explained if my order does not come in to call me and I will purchase order in Perth.No call so called in on Monday on my way up.e to find once again order not there.Extremely annoyed as this order is for my elderly parents who is leaving to go away up north.It's not like I didn't communicate with them properly I even left contact details. Let down once again and you have lost over 1000 in sales actually more as I won't buy from.you here again.
