Kids Unlimited

I paid for on-site classes for my daughter and son to attend on term 2 from 30 April -25 June. I paid $150 for each child and $300 in total. But only 4 classes are provided on site. From 28 May, 2021, Kids unlimited changed the classes to online for two weeks and then the following 11, 18 , 25 June classes are totally canceled even after the lockdown was finished. I was offered $50 “credits” for use only in Kids unlimited future classes.I paid for on-site classes therefore I don’t want online classes. The made-up classes should be on-site as well. The so called “ credit “ offered by Kids Unlimited is to force and coerce patents to sign up for their next term classes otherwise the parents incur a loss on their own.Never ever sign up for this company especially during lockdown! What they did is disgraceful and disgusting!

David and his team are amazing. We've been doing chess @ noon. My 10 year old have been having a great time learning not just chess, but good sportsmanship and ethics :) Great job guys.

In term 2, they cancelled some classes( NOT the ones which we forced to have online classes instead of face to face classes during lockdown period). In term 3, I decide not to enrol again but they can NEITHER provide a refund for the cancelled classes NOR provide any make up classes. They don't give us any option but only offer credits if we keep on enrolling. This is so unreasonable and it has never happened in other extra-curricular organization. Very disappointed in this matter.

My children have been participating in the Kids Unlimited Chess at Noon tournaments during the school holidays. I could not praise this program enough. The daily tournaments have been awesome. The online competition is extremely well run and has been a highlight for the kids during this time of self isolating. Some of their friends from around the state have also joined in the fun. Thanks so much.

The coaches are unbelievably amazing and the support is incredible. Great for ages 6-12 and well worth it for players that are either just starting, or have multiple experiences with the chess board. Keep up the good work, Kids Unlimited!

I will add more details about my review ( for now they just don’t commit to their minimum responsibilities) I have already contacted them twice with no clear solution! Now waiting for the school to get in touch with them.

I don't even want to give 1 star and I don't think I am alone here. I had a credit close to a full term fee and when I called for refund I was told these credits will be transferred when classes resume back in school. However by end of Dec 21, company decided without any concent or proper notifications of your customer accout to transfer these credits to online classes. I asked for customer statement going back just 7 months, but they can't provide such records. They should have at least send individual email mentioning credit amount along with statement before decided to expire credits. The emails we get are general and not specific to customers therefore confusing them. Apprantly they acted according to consumer law but as far as I am concern, this business is unethical and don't want any association with it.

Unconscionable and predatory business practice. Rude and unfriendly staff and manager.Refused to refund money for service which was cancelled due to Covid lockdown. No option for credit voucher for next term either.Sadly there are people without morals and common senseIgnorant of consumer rights, and the law; will never deal with these sharks.

David and his team provide a fun, exciting and honest program. From beginners to advanced every area is catered for in an easy to understand format and they have adapted extremely well to the current isolation situation by introducing new competitions online. Highly recommend them!

Stay away from this education service. They just want to make money from you, not consider anything from kids. We enrolled into term 3 on site class. Because of the pandemic, they canceled the class in term 3 and forced you to apply your whole term credits $190 into term 4 online class which is totally different time and class from what I enrolled and told you that's is the only choice you have. From I know I am not the only person met this issues, check FB reviews, you will know how non professional they dealt with customers. The management just said The situation is not fair or ideal for anyone
