Excellent friendly service, got my eyes tested and get my frames and lenses from Ross.

Very thorough and takes the time to examine exactly what is required. Ross is an excellent optometrist and his prices are value for money.

I've been going here for 10 years, and it's always been great.

Against my better judgement I decided to give this lot another go. Well, that was a mistake. I originally went to another company to get bifocals. The fellow checking my eyes mentioned that bi-focal glasses were a little old fashioned and the way to go was multifocal glass. He suggested I would be more happy with these. After two goes they could not get it right ie. I noticed the lower corners (left & right) of the lens, when reading, were blurry. My close reading field of view was the width of an iphone. So I thought I’d go back to this lot as my wife originally got multifocals from them and she had no blurring in the corners. I was assured I would have no corner blurring. After a two week wait my glasses returned. Sure enough no different to the other company, blurry corners. The optometrist wanted to try again however I was quite fed up at this stage (after 3 attempts) and requested my original choice….bifocals. After nearly a 4 week wait, they returned. I paid for multifocals but now have bifocals (no compensation or refund). So, my wife is also in need of new multifocals. She had no issue with the last lot however this time when she received her new glasses, she experiences the same side blurring issue as me (note her previous glasses were fine). She went back and complained. Second go she now has multifocals with no side blurring. Honestly how is it possible they can get hers right (eventually) but not mine. Possibly I didn’t complain enough for them to put in the effort for quality glass?…….quality polishing? Who knows. I would have preferred the proper mulitfocals like my wife but no, for whatever reason it’s not possible. I am so fed up with having to pay for a product and not getting what I pay for. I will never use this lot again. Shame for taking my money and not giving me what I originally paid for.

I've been getting my glasses at this practice for more than 10 years. Ross, Marise, and Kathy are amazing! Always prompt and efficient service. Marise and Kathy have been great at advising me about choice of frames, and Ross is fabulous in helping me improve my vision with glasses after two eye surgeries. When I needed my glasses adjusted after the most recent procedure they couldn't have been more responsive and helpful. If you're looking for great professional service, I highly recommend Focus Eyewear.

I have a serious eye condition and Ross was so patient when testing. This same care was shown on a previous occasion. The lenses were made quickly and lenses and frames were of high quality. For personal and professional care, I recommend this practice.

Ross is a very good optometrist, friendly and skilled, but unfortunately his staff are surly and unhelpful. For good customer service re. frames, lenses, and fitting, definitely try elsewhere.
