I recently went into this salon to fix my at-home hair dying mess. The stylist explained my options in a way I could understand and helped me to make the best decision to restore my hair. The results were great and exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere in the salon was pleasant and the staff always friendly. I would recommend this salon.

I went to the salon last Thursday and made an appointment for this coming Friday. This morning I received a phone call to day they had double booked, but the spot in the diary was blank when I booked. I don't believe they were double booked, more like a regular customer wanted an appointment. Not good practice.

Excellent service and good prices

Overpriced for what you get. My job was only half done. And uncooperative and abrupt. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I sat waiting in chair for just over 30 mins before someone came to start.Whole apt took far too long.

So been going to this salon for approximately 9months. The previous time I went for a full head of foils and walked away with a 4cm band of regrowth..wasnt my usual girl so didnt make a big deal. Went back yesterday and they did tell me my toner i like is no longer in use at that salon. Disappointing but I accepted it. I started off with Lynn on the chair this visit and did tell her about my previous experience and explained I had a wedding coming up and major surgery so really wanted to make sure i didnt walk out with a band of regrowth again. Well after my foils came out Charlene spent no more than 15 seconds rubbing toner in my hair. This morning i called up to say I really was not happy with my hair and Lyn told me I would have to go elsewhere to rectify it. She was extremely aggressive, I called back after my phone cut out and was accused of hanging up on her. I told her i wanted my hair rectified as it looks terrible and was told because i upset the staff by saying i was unhappy with my hair they could not rectify it so I said if you are unwilling to rectify it you need to refund me…well she carried on like a pork chop. NOT ONLY IS THE SERVICE AND RESULTS POOR THEY VERBALLY ABUSE YOU IF YOU QUESTION IT…THEY CALL U AND ACCUSE YOU OF BULLYING it is by far the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL salon on the Gold Coast..just read some of the below reviews. If I could give 0 stars I would..also just look at my picture it says more than words can!!!

I have been a customer of this hair salon for a number of years now & had foils & a colour done in the past & as recent as 4 days ago. I left the salon with wet hair as I prefer the way I blow dry my own hair. When I got around to stying it myself I was not happy with the results. I called on the Monday and spoke to Charlene and told her that I wasn’t happy and thought the foils were very yellow and patchy - not very professionally done - Lynn the owner did mine herself and Charlene did my daughters hair that same day with a result we are both not happy. I was due to get it sorted out somehow today. Lynn telephoned me 3/4 hour prior to my appointment to say I was booked in for another colour? I said no, I’m not sure what I am booked in for as she will need to see my hair and decide what it is I needed doing. Immediately she was on the defence and told me she won’t be doing anything for free - wow I was not expecting that sort of attitude and I told her that I did not expect free service but surely if it’s your mistake and you can only determine that when you see me. She told me to change my tone in which I speak to her , she also told me that there is no way they are doing my daughters hair on a Saturday ( her appointment for fix up was scheduled for Saturday 19th December) oh no ways she said it will have to be during the week - knowing full well that my daughter lives in Brisbane and her next weekend off is that date. She kept talking over me and I kept asking her why she did not wait until my appointment today to determine what was needed ? She told me she would prefer it if we never came back to her salon and to let’s agree to that - I did get hyped up and told her in no uncertain words what she could do with her salon.I do believe she made that choice before she called me.The lowest rating on this app is a one star but if there was a minus 10 that would be my selection. Also she does not speak to her staff very nicely & her entire body language speaks for itself - so yes I will never go back to this salon, think about my experience before making your next appointment.
