My partner and I recently built our first home with West Coast Residential and couldn't be happier with the finished product. The whole process of building a house seemed quite daunting in the beginning as it wasn't something we had ever done before. One of my colleagues recommended that we have a chat to Washington to see what he could do for us. We had a meeting with Washington and could see from the start this process was going to become a lot smoother. From the initial meeting to the end of the build Washington was extremely helpful.I work in the building industry myself and is it very clear to me now the difference between a project builder and a custom home builder like West Coast Residential. In our first meeting with Washington we were able to discuss what mattered to us and what we believe is our dream home. Very shortly after this we were provided with a set of plans that matched our ideas and proceeded into construction.Throughout the whole process Washington & his team were extremely attentive and helpful. The building materials and practices that West Coast Residential use have proven to be of extremely high quality. Washington and his team should undeniably be your first stop if you have any incling to build a custom home.Our sloping block seemed to be the kryptonite of the project builder types but Washington had the experience and skill set to attack it imaginatively.Every meeting was held either on site or at our house. Every phone call, message and email was answered promptly and helpfully.The difference with West Coast Residential is you're talking to the business owner and qualified builder, not a salesperson.18 months into living in our forever home and we couldn't be happier. West Coast Residential completed a build for us after the original builder went bust just after laying the slab. West Coast Residential were very competitive in their pricing, communicated regularly during the build, finished the build quickly and to a high standard and . If we were to build again we would definitely use West Coast Residential.
