Have been coming here for over a decade and never had a bad experience.While they unfortunately can run late a couple of times, the service overall has been brilliant and never felt rushed.

Terrible service. Appointment at 4pm. Reception said running 15 minutes late so told 4:15. Told again even latter so arrived at 4:30. We walked out at 5:15 as we had stuff to do. The ophthalmologist came out and was angry with us that we were leaving. Go figure!

Waited nearly for 2 hours for the appointment for my 2 years old,she became really exhausted and no apologies at all.When I was checking with them, are they running on time ,said that yes they are.They should learn to respect others time.
