Waited in line behind 2 people for 10 minutes. Was then given a ticket, i asked what the wait time was going to be, and was told 45 minutes.... to hand back number plates..Additionally the place stinks. Service your air con or use air freshener.

Besides being way over governed, systems could be better set up to be helpful rather than simply aimed at gouging the mighty dollar.Had a lovely rep try and sort things for me and then the next rep went above and beyond to make sure that couldn't happen.Some people are not suited to customer service.
