Having lived in cities around Australia and the United States, finding a good agent is a tough gig, and having needing a fully furnished apartment in Sydney is not easy at the best of times times. Given I was on the Gold Coast and needing a place in Sydney 'sight unseen' I had to put my trust in the hands of Richardson and Wrench Pyrmont. Nick and his team were amazing, not only did they find the most amazing apartment for me, they kept to the brief I provided and have been sensational even after I moved in. Pamela, is a delight to work with when it comes to post move in needs, and no issues are too much for her. Overall, they take pride in the property they manage, whilst also maintaining our privacy and security. I am so glad they manage the whole building as I know they will do their best to ensure we have great occupants at the amazing property.

The promotion of our property and liaison with potential buyers was perfect, as were all negotiations with the tenants, who were resident up until settlement day. My family and I have lived in 3 rented properties so far. I can say that R&W Pyrmont is by far the best property agent I've ever dealt with!Special shout out to our property manager Sarah Stergiotis! She is very professional, very helpful and easy to talk to. Responds to queries very quickly no matter how big or small my queries are. Even on our last two days in the property, Sarah's level of support never dropped an inch. It was a shame that we need to leave the rented property as the landlord is selling it. I wish all property managers are like Sarah! Nonetheless, R&W agents are really good but I think the best are in Pyrmont/Glebe!

Sarah Arrandale-Stergiotis was a great agent. I left my apartment to relocate overseas, and Sarah was wonderfully efficient and friendly with all stages of the final inspection, readvertising the place, recommending a cleaner for the moving out cleaning, etc. All was done with minimal disruption for me, and I really appreciated Sarah’s good communication, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. Could not recommend her more!

The service I received was amazing, the apartment was just as described and if I ever needed any help they were very prompt with responses.
