UKO Stanmore

This community is the best thing that has happened to me since I arrived in Sydney ... the truth is that you can really share with other people from distant parts of the world ...My experience has been fantastic because I have shared with people who speak very good English and for me it has been very good, because I need to improve my English.The facilities are very close to the images and from those who lead UKO Stanmore .... It's been 2 months and I am loving my stay at UKO so far. I feel worth spending my money as they make it so fun to stay in their community. They organise 2-3 events every month for you to socialise and, I have surely made some new friends coming from different parts of the world. Also, completely love how friendly the host is and makes sure of providing you with a comfortable stay. Thank you UKO for giving me a feeling of home away from home :)

I've stayed here for short-term and I gotta say that the laundry machines here are disgusting.. They don't clean them or call someone to service them and you pay three dollars for a spin for both washing and drying. I was better off getting an Airbnb to be honest.

Well what a great experience! If you just arrived in Sydney and don’t know where to go, forget Airbnb, Domain or Booking, just go to UKO. Renting a studio in Sydney with such a quality, great location and fair price it’s almost impossible. And it’s not just studios having an amazing design and functionality, the all concept of coliving makes your life so much easier.I’ve been living at UKO Stanmore for 8 months without worrying about paperwork, landlords, bills, furniture and even linen.It’s not easy being far away from your family and country during COVID, UKO team supported us in these uncertain times and for that I’m really greatfull. You’ll feel valued and meet great people in the friendly community.

UKO Stanmore is a great place to stay while in Sydney. The studios have everything you need for a short or long term stay, plus there are regular community events!

I stayed here 3 months and the experience that I had was FANTASTIC from the start untill the end! My application's approval was fast and hassle-free, and besides, everything had been organized very well in advance, before I moved in. For that, I have to thank Slavik Havrysh, the community manager at the time.There are many things to love about living at UKO Stanmore, which others have already mentioned. I particularly love it that the building itself is situated in a really perfect location: in close proximity to public transport options, a shopping center, pubs, cafes, food shops, restaurants, and more.I have to specially thank Claire Ellis, the Community Manager UKO Stanmore, for being attentive to my emails and requests, and for being a very respectful person in general.I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place to live in, which is centrally located and convenient, peaceful, friendly, and full of fun!

The best place to live in Sydney and anywhere in the world.When I arrived in Sydney with my girlfriend we had a hard time looking for a place to stay for a year. We did lots of house inspections and fulfilled bureaucratic papers and forms to not even be considered as worthy tenants. Without any work or rental proofs in Australia (because we just arrived) no one wanted to accept us, even if we'd pay our all stay at once.Hopefully, we found UKO, we did the inspection, chose the studio, and the next day we moved. Easy and simple like that! No landlords, no bureaucratic processes, furnished and all the utilities included (internet, water, and electricity). Basically that's all you need. It's been more than 6 months since we moved, and we hope to find more UKO's in our travels in the future.The best part is the community, we had the opportunity to meet incredible people and share great moments. We made friends for life here.

UKO Stanmore is an amazing place to live and offers a friendly and warm sense of community. The rooms are clean and modern and the public spaces are well kept. The place offers the perfect balance of private and community vibes and is very conveniently located. I'd highly recommend you check it out if you're looking for a furnished apartment.
