Megan was awesome, professional and quick at fixing my broken screen, I obtained prices from a few different phone fixing shops around tweed heads and SOS tweed mall were well priced. Definitely will return if I need phone fixed again

Megan rocks! She not only transferred all my stuff from my old phone with a completely broken screen to my new phone, but she also spent an extra hour after closing time doing it as the data transfer took so long. Epic service!!!

After smashing the screen on my s22 ultra I was devastated. I took my phone to Megan at SOS phone repairs in Tweed Heads. Megan was very helpful and helped me get my phone back up and running ASAP. Appreciate the good service and timely repair. Phone is working good as new!

Had issue with brand new Sony Xperia.Visited three other stores in Tweed Coast area and no one had a clue.Was preparing to send phone back to Hong Kong before deciding I'd give it one last try at SOS Tweed Mall. To my amazement Megan took one look at it identified the issue and had it solved in under a minute. Absolutely outstanding result and so grateful to find someone as knowledgeable and skilled as Megan. Cannot recommend highly enough.Thank you.
