Managing my own rental property is not something I have the experience to do, nor interest in doing. So, to have an agency I can trust, who provides great, responsive services, is a great thing. I've recommended Jacob and his team to other friends (a sign of trust) and I'm really happy with the service they provide me (and the tenants they've chosen for me!).

CPS Property managed re repainting and re-carpeting of my apartment while I was overseas. They were extremely helpful in sourcing competent tradespeople, recommending materials and facilitating the work being completed in a short time frame (before the next tenant moved in). Jacob and his team are my 'Go To' Property Team. I have used their business for almost 12 years. They managed the sale of one of my properties, have been the Property Management Team for three other properties and through them I have bought three 'off the plan' properties, two of which have been successfully delivered and are now tenanted, and the third which has only just commenced build.
