I would absolutely recommend this service. The two movers Rata and Andrew were efficient and friendly, and the move went super smoothly without any hiccups. The communication was great and it was clear that these two had a lot of experience behind them and handled every thing with care. Zero stars applied here.Contact made with this company and a time and day was arranged for a visit to my parents home to give a quote for an interstate move. My very elderly parents (in their 90’s) got up early on the morning they were expecting express to arrive at 1030. They never arrived. No phone call, no explanation and no apology. I phoned them the following day to be told the boss was not in until Wednesday and they would contact me once it had been looked into. No phone call so I phoned again and got the man I had been dealing with. He advised that he did not attend due to being sick. Couldn’t phone my parents as he wasn’t in front of his computer. Didn’t feel the need to give a follow up call, explanation or apology. According to him, it didn’t matter that my parents got up early as they were expecting a second quote anyway st 3 pm so it was all good. All I got was excuses. No sign of customer service within cooee. I have reported this to an Adelaide removalist who sub-contracts to Express. Appalling service, communication and attitude.

We were moved from Roma to St George by Keith and T from Express Furniture Removals. What fantastic, professional and efficient removalists they are!!!! We have moved frequently and I have never experienced such efficiency which made for a smooth transition. They were thorough, fast and diligent and would be very happy if they moved us again in the future.

Just had a 3 container, 3 day prepack/uplift/download carried out by Keith and his team of boys at Express furniture Removals Brisbane and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The professionalism displayed, expediency of work carried out and ease of the move being done was nothing short of exceptional.The boys were very happy while working and made the move as least as stressful as possible, considering this is one of the most stressful things to do in your life.The guys are a credit to your company.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Christmas Eve was my only available day to move due to work,This company went out of its way to fit me in , the guys worked so hard in the heat to get this done for me . (Sorry boys can’t remember your names)It wasn’t a small move , 3x20ft containers and very heavy furniture , professional gym & a large workshop.the guys smashed it out in no time .They were pleasant , polite & corresponded with me the whole time .They get in & get the job done VALUE FOR MONEY .

Great experience with this company. Highly recommend! John has provided excellent communication and service throughout, even through the busy Christmas/holiday period. Very accommodating with my change in circumstances, and was able to store my belongings while my plans were on hold. I visited my stuff in storage, John had it all ready to go and was easily accessible. All items accounted for, safely stored and obviously treated well throughout the move, no damage or breaks. I’m really glad I was recommended this company for moving and storage, and will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks for all your help and great service and for taking such good care of my belongings! Very much appreciated.

I highly recommend the team from Express Furniture Removals. The customer service and communication is outstanding. I needed to get furniture interstate from NSW to QLD urgently and I am so happy with the service provided by John to make this happen, and the two Removalist’s who loaded the furniture. They were on time for pickup and extremely professional. The delivery of the furniture went just as smoothly and I could not fault this company. I will definitely be using this company again
