Just did my floor with Quality flooring. The team was knowledgeable and professional. Gave me great advice. The installer did a great job and were always on time. After I moved in the house, I noticed one of the pieces was loose. They sent the installer back to fix it straight away.Very happy with their service and the look of my floor. Pricing is competitive too.Highly recommend anyone who’s looking for quality flooring.

WARNING: Flooring contractor failed to install floor to instructed set out by client. The floor was left too short and out of square by 30mm across 3m. The floor is lumpy in many places and not sitting flat on the subfloor. Doors required go be cut on big angles to open. Defective work failed to be rectified. Aggressive owner will accuse you of lying. Stay away from this cheap contractor

There was lots of choice in the showroom and the displays were well set out making choosing easy. The quality is excellent , the price is much lower then any other flooring shops and it perfectly meets our budget.A huge thank you especially to Kiki, the owner of the business , Allen who is very helpful and Alex who is the installer for making our first home renovation such a smooth and satisfied experience.We're extremely love the chocolate brown European engineered oak floor that we chose.

Rang this company for a quote, the quote seemed reasonable but when asked if there would be some furniture to be moved and I said yes, they said that’s not possible and asked why I couldn’t move it myself. I ask why they couldn’t arrange it to be move around as needed (seeing there would be 2 men laying the floor boards ) I was told why couldn’t I move it, I ask and where do you think I’m going to move it to she replied by saying your bathroom. OMGwith the stupidity of that I ended the call saying well you’ve just lost $7K bye
