It started breakfast available stayed for 2nights and no breakfast was provided at all or not even offered normal tv no DVD player rained second night so we couldn't even watch tv because the signal dropped out cobwebs under blinds and when pulled rangehood out dirt and dust fell out and into food thank god for McDonalds in Nambour offer was $160 then charged $205 for the night. Not impressed no staff on premises nor any calls to ask if all ok.

Love love loved this place! Got a room upgrade, staff was super nice and helpful. Would definitely go back!

Stayed last night unit 4, as their website states it is a 3 star, and is value for money for a 3 star rating.They allowed us a late checkout. Fire was fantastic and staff were very obliging and helpful. Lovely setting. The kids had great fun.We will definately be back again. Glad to leave a positive rating as in all rooms you are given the opportunity to leave feedback.

Check in was easy and seamless for a late check in. Really nice accomadation. Need to include pictures of toilets in the smaller units on your website as I was worried there wasn't any. The unit is really modern and nicely laid out . Kitchenette is awesome. However the room I stayed in the kitchenette wasn't working so management arranged a suitable method for me to cook dinner which was awesome. The TV is a smart TV which is nice but TV reception sucked when I stayed and could only watch 3 channels. Heating/cooling works a treat and the gas heater is a nice touch.Would've stayed another night if I could've. Really enjoyed my stay here for the price point. Complimentary Breakfast at the Cafe is definitely a winner as well!!

Nice setting and location - bed a little soft but ended up having a good sleep anyway. Pool and heated spa were great fun. Really nice rainforest setting - a little cheaper than other places around - but still gives you a nice environment in a beautiful part of the world

This place is a nice quiet place to come and visit. However the place really needs some TLC. The units and the property need a bit of loving as things are move over grown than they should be and the units are tired, musty smelling and just need a bit of sprussing up. The units are comfortable to stay in but I wouldn't go back if the prices stayed as they are for what you get sadly they just aren't worth what they charge. Small attention to details have been missed, for example, the wall clock didn't have batteries, the bedroom doors wouldn't shut properly unless you pushed them hard, there was a left over piece of soap from the last visitor in the shower. Also the spa and pool were a bit dirty, the shared bbq areas were over grown and the play equipment was a bit sad. And I could go on. A shame really, I suspect this place would have been spectacular in its heyday. That said the kids had fun and the trip was about making memories and it did that just perhaps different memories for us than the kids

Great little forest resort for a great price. We shared a conjoined cabin with some friends and had a fantastic weekend getaway. The cabins aren't brand new but the location is so quiet and peaceful that it fits.There is a pool and hot spa on site and a small playground with a trampoline. Also apparently lawn bowls but we didn't make it.The cabin we were in had a fireplace and overlooked a lily pond which meant there were a few mosquitos but there were fly screens on every door and window so it wasn't bothersome.Cabs are not normally servicing the area but we managed to catch one as the resort is not within easy walking distance of an eatery. Having your own transport is recommended!

Beautiful location and a good experience overall if everything goes smoothly. Some of the outdoor facilities feel like they could use some TLC and there's no staff on the premises which could potentially be a headache if something goes wrong

It is a fantastic place to relax and unwind.Peace and quiet in a beautiful tropical setting and close to all amenities.All the smells, sights and sounds of the rain forest.The cabins are rustic in their charm and ideally suited for the environment.The heated spa was fantastic and the staff were very polite, helpful and accommodating.Had a wonderful relaxing week and look forward to visiting again.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I have to be honest. We were terribly disappointed. Everything was old and outdated. That in itself would not have been too bad except for the place was dirty! The carpet was appalling. The drapes (in the front room) were not even properly attached to the rod at the top. The whole appearance and atmosphere of the place showed that there was no upkeep to the unit or to the grounds. Everything was overgrown and rundown. First and last time for me.
