My experience at this particular pharmacy has always been awful. I’ve returned as it is my local but will now drive the extra distance. All the woman have been extremely rude and unhelpful.There has also been incidents where I am standing in line and have heard the senior pharmacy assistant talking about other customers in a disrespectful manner including naming medication and personal information loud enough that other people can hear.I have had incredible service at other stores.This store really gives the company a bad name. I will mention the male pharmist is lovely. Unfortunately when I have visited he’s not always been on duty.

Entitled pharmacist decided to chase us next door to the IGA thinking we stole a box of disposable gloves, after placing the item back on the shelf when we thought 250 gloves were 1 too many.Didn't believe that we didn't take the gloves and he had to go look on the cameras when we obviously went to IGA for a smaller amount of gloves.No apology for assuming that we stole.Should work at Bunnings, he'd feel at home with the tools...

Use other' misfortunes to make a profit.Yesterday, they selling N95 for $20 each. Normal price is around $6.For Surgical Face lv2 Masks selling $100 for 1 box(50 mask).Normal price is around $15.I found the other good pharmacy still selling $15 for 1 box.
