The staff were polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the product. We were particularly pleased with how patient the tradesman was with our elderly mother and how much he ensured she was comfortable while he was working in her home. They fulfilled their quote and completed job in timely manner. Highly recommend them.

My family is elated after the experience with Jim's Security. Highly recommended.Right from the first call back (which was within half an hour of updating the online request) till final installation, the Jim franchisee Varun came across as a thorough professional. In fact, he visited us the same day after seeing our property, and provided on-site consultation and quotes by the end of the day.To our request of convenient times for installation, Varun offered us early morning time within three days of his visit.In summary, excellent service right from the start to the end (where Varun guided us on the use of the application and the cameras) is the reason for our delight as Jim's customers.

After moving into our new home we inherited an older alarm system which we had no idea how to use. Alex was able to service the system and was very knowledgeable on it and gave us a rundown on how to use it. Alex was very friendly and overall really good service and no hesitations to call him again. Yes I recommend!
