I experienced great friendly service, I was greeted me with smiles (I didn't have to approach them, they came to me), they had some fun banter with me while they looked for the item I was wanting.All in all, I experienced what customer service SHOULD be. It was fantastic. Thank you Megan and Chris (I hope I got the names right)!Smokemart, these are the type of employees you need. If only everywhere had this kind of approach.

Always such lovely staff working at the Playford store, outstanding customer service and the store is always clean and tidy. I was served today by Megan and she was the absolute best, nothing better than service with a smile.Would recommend this store to anyone and will always come back :)

Wow what exceptional service. Both Megan and Chris went out of their way to assist me with my daughters bday present.
