DONT RENT NOR SELL THROUGH WELLINGTON REAL ESTATE!!!!No communication. Rude and they don't even tell you what you need for a renting tenant application.Also didn't advertise our property that we were selling.. missed out on people coming to look and also if Kevin Read tells you a price to sell your property at then be expected to sell at that price because it's first in best dressed and will not sell it at the price you have asked. Was over a week before any advertising signs were displayed at the property after being told it would be done in a day or two. How many interested buyers did we miss out on due to this fact!!
