Dont buy. Took my money and didnt refund the ink even after chasing them for 40 days. Keep making excuses.Update: so after my complain to Vic Justice, i shared them screenshot of complain after which they have refunded my money.You weighed the ink as soon as i gave u, then only u promised for replacement.No one is idiot to refund for an empty ink.

These people are incredible! I've bought from them many times and they never disappoint. Amazing service, I highly recommend them.Was worried about the expenditures of my recent purchase of a epson wf-2760 with its compatability, They work just fine !! $50 instead of $150. Will be reordering in the future definitely.

We buy ink here all the time and are always pleased with the service. Quite some time ago our printer stopped working. My husband wanted me to throw it away and buy a new one. I was speaking to the lovely gentleman here and he said he would look at it. He looked at it and gave it a nozzle clean. Now it’s working perfectly. What’s even better is this man was so genuine, he didn’t want to charge me anything for his help! He could have charged me for anything, as I had no idea what the problem was, but he didn’t. You don’t get genuine honest service like that so often these days, so I just wanted to say thank you! You made my day!

Called to see if they had my ink, which they did and advised they are not open but are delivering. They sent an invoice straight away and delivered a few hours later. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful.

Don’t get fooled by the operating hours. Been here on two different occasions within his operating hours, and both times they have either gone home early 1 hour prior to their closing time, or have not even shown up to work at all. I would recommend changing the opening hours on google to “whenever I feel like it” - at least that would be more accurate!
