Work is fine however horrible customer service as when I claimed after service during warranty period, the business owner took several weeks till warranty period is off and tried to charged me with bills which is technically illegal but would not bother argue since to get my warranty done I will have to put up with such a person who does not give value to good customers but rip them off.

The whole process was good, it would have been 5 star if they measured the door gap between the bottom of the doors to the floor accurately. They did return 3 days later to shave some of the door out to enable the doors to be functional once more, although it was an extra charge of $100.

I hope if you decide to use them there are NEVER any issues because their after job customer service is zero. Tore up our skirting boards then put them back all the paint chipped and the wood CRACKED. The OWNER could not care less. Had the nerve to quote me on how much they charge for new skirting boards. Told me it's not their responsibility to repaint or replace even though they damaged it. PM me and I will send you photos of how they left my skirting boards. The OWNER could not care less.
