Good customer service

Visited last week and was surprised there were several places hidden away in the back of the main street going into or leaving Atherton. The service was excellent and the store had lots to look at and wish you had. They also told me the service below there store sold grass seeds. Bought three types of grass over two separate days and peat. Good price and good service. On a sweeter note, Atherton Tablelands has some very fantastic services, we should be proud of them, they deserve it ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️.

Always my go to place for my gal pipes and fittings. Try here before the green place as prices are good and more stock with knowledgeable people. Even the young fella is trying real hard. Good to see

I recently had a disappointing experience in dealing with this business. Although the staff were friendly, my pump repair was faulty and the business customer and repairs storage location system dismal. Upon returning the faulty repair, I was given the royal runaround and given the third degree. I ended up asking for the manager, he eventually came out and begrudgingly agreed to look at the pump, he later texted me to advise they'd found the fault and that they would rectify the fault. I texted back thanking him; however, I noted it had caused inconveniences. I also suggested that more care should have occurred with the initial repair. I didn't hear back or receive a simple apology, hence the poor review. I hope this feedback makes you stop and think that even small customers significantly impact your reputation.

Bradon was an excellent sales representative of the company yesterday, I'd give him ten star's if I could. Very friendly and knowledgeable young lad.

Luke and the team are fantastic. They spend my money like it is their money. My pump wasn't working and I took it in for Luke to check it out. I asked about a new one and Luke offered me a good deal and then said to me, let's have a look at your old one first, no sense spending money if you don't have to. The new pump was $800. Luke charged $38.00 to repair the old one and it hasn't missed a beat in three months to date. Luke was more interested in looking after me than making money. Not many people do that these days but Luke does. And no, I hadn't met Luke personally till that day. Am I going back, who wouldn't.
