Business owner, Chris, was an up front, honest and friendly man, and extremely helpful with giving me options to repairing my sunroof, including new original parts or good quality second hand parts. Prices were good, and he was able to squeeze my job in to his busy schedule, accomodating my own schedule of work. He followed through with any questions that I had, and was happy to let me watch him work, while I waited for the job to be done in just over an hour, before I went on with my day. I am so happy with all the work done on my car at Auto Comfort ,I had my wheels professionally colour changed and upgraded the tyres ,a full surface treatment /protection applied ,interior panel repaired ,stickers & decals made and applied and the sun roof (slider) installed .The service and standard of the work is way above average and you can be assured they will care for your vehicle and give you the best advice in a laid back way .The location is good and easy to find and you will in no way be disappointed if you go in and have a chat about the options available to you for your car .

Would steer clear if you have a really tidy vehicle you care about. I had my extremely tidy Holden in for a sunroof to be fitted that I supplied. I was charged about $200 more than the initial quotation given to me by one the boys over the phone which brought the total to just a little shy of 2k. (Inclusive of extra work that was accommodated)My car was returned to me with black marks on the freshly painted bonnet that lead to the guard, roof lining glue all over the passenger doors, passenger front window and door handle and old roof board material on my back seat and cargo area. I phoned Chris up about what I had noticed and politely informed him that I'd have thought my vehicle would have come back cleaner than what it did considering the price I was charged. He denied any wrong doings by his shop and said it was all done elsewhere. He was very unprofessional over the phone, started swearing and said he may as well shut the shop up as people keep ringing back and accusing the shop of returning cars in a mess.I politely informed him that I wasn't phoning to have a whinge to him, rather just wanted to bring some unturned corners to his attention but he still proceeded to act like a child and try to make me feel like I shouldn't be complaining about the way it was returned. His words were I vacuumed your car personally so I know it was done correctly

Five Star Roof lining replacement on my 1987 Mercedes Benz 560SEC with sunroof. Highly recommend these craftsmen!

Quoted $1500 to do a moulding around the sunroof( I actually provided the moulding) and they needed the car for 2 and a half day which is done by another professional sunroof installation company for ony $220 within 3 hours. Don't take your car here. Shop around if you want to save big money .

I normally don't do reviews online because I have no time or forget by second nature. But this place that upgraded my car got me to really remember to put on a review with a really positive note. I could have went for Moonee Ponds or Burwood to do the upgrade, considering they were closer. But seeing all the positive reviews and 5 stars, I had to see if they lived up to the ratings. And guess what, not only did they do the upgrade to my car, but they took it up a gear more to do a few more services that I didn't expect. I'm glad I went with these guys. Worth the distance and happy to come again. Friendly service and expertise of over 30 years. Instructions and all with the very impressive sunroof installation. Thanks Chris.
