Difficult to deal with if you need to postpone or cancel your membership. They say you have to cancel in person even if you are too sick to leave the house. Even after I cancelled they have taken more money out of my account after the last debit date stated on the cancellation paperwork. They said they would refund me but didn't. The reason i left the gym was because it wasn't a female friendly gym and it wasn't a good vibe working out there.

Great staff so many thanks to David, the ladies in the crèche (Sonia and Maddie), Dani making sure the gym and facilities and nice to clean to be used. All the members are friendly as well. Good range of classes and equipment.

I was a member of Fitness Hac 24/7 Hillarys for 3 months and had a fantastic experience. Being on paternity leave, I needed an outlet for myself and my daughter. The creche staff are phenomenal, the booking system is easy and no additional charges are involved.I'd highly recommend any dad looking to get some routine built to go in and ask about upfront monthly membership options. It's awesome for yourself and to prep a child for daycare.Thanks alot team, sad to be leaving and returning to work!

They kept charging after I cancelled my account. Very difficult to deal with. Seems like they are inexperienced lots of process issues. Equipment is new but not the best quality, there is often something faulty on the gym floor. The bench seat even disattached during a chest press set. Would not recommend this gym.

Joined up here in the middle of last year after going to a few other gyms, this one is awesome. All the staff are friendly and know most members by name, other gym goers are happy to help each other out when asked and is the best way to make new friends. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone

My husband and I recently moved from another local gym. We’ve definitely made the right decision. Both of us are so happy. The instructors of the classes are so knowledgeable and friendly. The reception staff are always happy. The crèche is great and both my kids enjoy going. A sauna and plenty of new equipment and.... as a bonus the gym has amazing water views from both sides! What more could you want?!?

Excellent condition gym with all new equipment and plenty of machines both cable and plated, plenty of cable attachments, plenty of plated weight for barbells and plated machines. Staff are super friendly and approachable. Amazing gym! 10/10 recommend.

If you are serious about training and between the ages of 25-40 I'd highly recommend 2 other gyms in the area. Peak fitness North Beach and Marmion Village. I've trained at all 3. Yes, HC is newer and has the better gear, but the quality of a gym is in the staff and clientele that use it.

Excellent facilities and classes in an always exceptionally clean space and a fantastic location. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly and go above and beyond to accomodate your needs, whether it be in a class or out on the floor. Not one bad thing to say about this place and I know many other people who would say the same.
