Swanbuild is an excellent choice for your new home. We have been in our Blackwood 4 for about a month now and it’s simply magic.Elisa was fantastic from start to finish, and all the builders, the team of people that carried out the transportation and reassembly on site are all brilliant. Thank you all so much for your efforts! We love it.From the steel and concrete foundations to the solid, heavy duty frames and roof, it really is hard to beat such a home in it’s quality.

We have been working with Elisa going through the initial stages of our build with Swanbuild. Elisa has been a pleasure to deal with, prompt to answer our questions, knowledgeable about all areas of the process and available any time we need her. We had looked at a few modular house builders before choosing Swanbuild. From the very first phone call with Perri, who was very easy to talk to and informative, it gave us confidence that the Swanbuild team were leaders in their field. Elisa became our clinet relationship manager, leading us through the process from the house design to council permits and signing our contract. Again, from the first phone call, Elisa was professional and knowledgeable, very warm and personable, and really made an effort to get to know us and our lifestyle and how our new house would meet our needs. Elisa answered all of our questions, gave us some great tips and advice, and was always transparent about everything, which allowed us to build great confidence and trust in both her and the Swanbuild team. She had solutions to any of our hurdles and worked tirelessly to get our dream home plans to fruition.Working with her throughout the process has been truly wonderful, and we can't recommend her enough as a client relationship manager. We visited Swanbuild in Bendigo and were introduced to Elisa. She is our consultant for our new build and has been amazing to work with. We are using our own design and she has helped with small changes with no issues. Phone messages are always answered on the same day. She has kept us sane through colours and selections. We are so excited to be building our retirement home and can’t wait for the build to commence.

We decided to build our first and forever home with SwanBuild and couldn’t be happier with the process so far! (Our house is on site now and about 3-4 weeks from finishing at this point in time) From the first phone call with Perri and discussing the plans we liked and the prices, to visiting the Swan Hill facility to see the display homes, we were impressed! Just meeting and talking with the various people involved in the different aspects along the way. Phil doing the site inspection and asking us about our plans for the land, to Trudy and Abigail for colour selections, making the process super streamlined and always offering valuable input if we were unsure of something and just answering the hundreds of questions I had throughout the process! Elisa as our Client Relationship Manager was absolutely phenomenal, any issues I had would be sorted promptly and nothing was too much or too silly to ask about! She always reassured that it would be sorted and she would always follow up if she knew you were having a hard time, which I really appreciated!Building a house is stressful, I definitely couldn’t have gotten through the process without all of the lovely people who would answer the phone when I rang or reply promptly to the many emails exchanged.I can wholeheartedly recommend SwanBuild as an excellent choice for building a home. I rang so often that Abigail started to recognise my voice and she always knew exactly what was going on!The quality is there, our house looks amazing on site and it’s not even finished yet! You have flexibility if you want to change something on the plans or add something in, which we did with our plans (Mitchell)! We couldn’t be happier with the current stage of our home and absolutely cannot wait until we are able to move in! While we did get hit with some of the production delays (steel frame) the steel shortage definitely affected the start time of our build. SwanBuild offered different options if we wanted them to start the build earlier and even offered a free upgrade which was definitely tempting! We decided to wait it out, as having a steel frame home was something we definitely didn’t want to compromise on, it was worth the wait! I can’t wait to update this review once we’ve moved in!Thanks to everyone at SwanBuild that I had the pleasure of interacting with, you were all fantastic!

I have found Swanbuild customer service to be exceptional. My initial enquiry was taken seriously. My house plans have been customised.During planning, they have been patient and agile, willing to draw alternative plans to ensure I have the best fit.They actively worked with me to ensure I stayed within budget.They respond quickly to questions and queries. I am now up to the construction stage of the build. Looking forward to the next stage.
