When I got in my the person assigned to me wasn't even aware of what my appointment was for despite me telling someone else over the phone that it was a high pony for a dance concert. I was advised not to wash my hair so it would be easier to tie up, however my hair wasn't even wet down before it was blow-dried straight so it was very dry looking and flat when she finished. I had to specifically ask for heat protectant which she didn't put all the way through my hair, just kind of smoothed some on top. Then when it came to tie my hair up it was so painful and she was pulling so much I had to ask her to stop.Not a great experience, there's some things that I expect to not have to ask for (eg wetting my hair down and heat protectant) when I go to a salon.

Under new management, Evie & Jo these ladies are amazing!! Great service and even better quality work. They listened to what I wanted and with their advice and expertise my hair turned out better then I’d hoped. Definitely a regular after this!

Without a doubt, THE best haircut I have ever had. I showed Evie the hairdresser a photo of what I wanted and she did an incredible job, not just cutting my hair to match it but showing me how to style it in the same way.So stoked to have finally found a quality, affordable hairdresser so close to home. Can not recommend Evie highly enough!

Always feel so at home here, all the hairdressers are super friendly and very talented. It’s hard to find a hairdresser you trust and can feel completely listens and gets your needs, I have definitely found that at allure and co though! Shout out to Jo, you are an actual artist ❤️

What a find! After falling out of love with my regular hairdresser, I thought to give a new one a try. Samantha was extremely accommodating with a last minute booking, fixed my unruly mop with little to no guidance, and the price was significantly cheaper than other quotes. In fact, it was probably one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I’ll be back, thanks guys!

Have booked my twin 13yo girls into Alure and Co a couple of times now in the last 6 months and have been very happy with them. The first time was for a haircut and makeup and the second, just for a trim. Both times the ladies there were super lovely (they are great with kids) and really accommodating (reserving 2 hairdressers to cut their hair at the same time). I thought that they were also very affordable. The makeup that they did was very appropriate for a 13 year old... natural looking/ not too much. Would highly recommend them in the future.

It’s not often I walk out of a hairdressers happy but, with this place, every time they seem to get it right.Have had my hair cut, styled, blow waved, on many occasions and by different hairdressers. All really friendly and do a great job.Tried something new today. Really happy with the results.

Can’t say I’m overly impressed with the new management. The refurbished look good but the staff aren’t so nice.I had to wait for 25 mins for an eyebrow wax because the lady(the new owner) was getting her hair straightened instead of taking care of customers.Although she did a decent job of waxing, she managed to take some skin off with the tweezers!!!!

Today was my first visit and I am already looking forward to going back. I wanted a place where I could go in, get my trim and be on my way without much fuss and I got just that! Result looks great and I am so happy to find my new local salon. Also, booking was super easy via instagram :)

Didn't actually use the service, I went with a Friend who got her haircut. She was certainly very happy with the service, and I found the staff to be very friendly cand professional.
