Worst customer service ever

Mimco - Tea Tree Plaza ......... Returned a bag that was a Xmas gift for my daughter (it was a lovely bag not sure why she didn't want it .... kids huh). Anyway, unknowing to myself, my daughter had left a reasonable amount of her Xmas money in the bag. Was most grateful to Bec and Caitlin for personally searching for me and finding me in another store and returning the money. Service and honesty like this is very rare these days and I would like to sincerely say thank you to both of them. Mimco - I really hope you read these reviews. You should hang on to these girls. You are lucky to have them.

Very quick service and helpful and nice staff who are always going around the store to see if they can help.

Nice staff, helpful and polite when went to exchange a bag.. but wasn't delighted with their collection and overall overpriced.

Mimco has a great variety of bag chains which can triple as bag strap,belt,and necklace ,also great accessories. The fairytale collection is gorgeous and have nearly all the pieces!Veronica is lovely she's always helpful and happy to show pieces.

Visited Mimco TTP to shop for my mother in laws 50th birthday present today. Initially, I went in with a gift in mind, however wanted to look at other options. All three staff members were really helpful, patient and friendly. I was greeted by all the staff members whilst browsing, they were not pushy, they were knowledgeable & were very professional. I ended up walking out with a gorgeous necklace & matching bracelet and felt confident in my purchase. Thanks so much ladies!

I purchased crossbody bag from Mimco TTP on Saturday 31/12/22. There was manufacturing fault and store was closed on new year. I did not remove any tag or tapes and it was still packed as they given to me with receipt. I went to exchange with another bag but staff was very rude and I was treated like a second class citizen. Moreover, lady at store was forcing me to buy another bag on sale saying she didn’t have that colour in stock. I was not given ten percent discount on first purchase and had to argue to use my $15 voucher credit, because I paid $70 extra to exchange with another bag of original price.Poor customer service!

I am a long time member of momco and a black MIP ,I previously purchased a phone case (october) and the Mim bossing was wearing off ,I took it back to the store today and i was treated. like a second class citizen! The young girl was rude and more or less told me it was the way i was using it! and that its does eventually wear off (yes i know that) but not after less than 2 months ! I have older cases that have been mim bossed and still quite good, She brought out a new case (as a gesture of goodwill) after speaking to her manager .I shouldve been treated as a valued customer with an apology not having the blame put on me! Shame on you Mimco after all these years of money soent on mimco you have just lost a loyal customer all through a young jumped up kid treating me like dirt!!

Not open for late night shopping on a Thursday night! I drove an hour to get a few things from there assuming, like the rest of the mall, that they would be open. No. So, I’m unsure of what their service was like because I couldn’t get any.
