Was really hyped if for a 7/11 in the south west, unfortunately it seems cleaning isn't the top of the list for them. Stickiest floors I've ever seen, forecourt had vomit on it last time I visited and it smells. Staff are lovely but it seems like there needs to be a higher standard for cleanliness.

Visiting Busselton 7eleven was the best experience I have ever had in a fuel station.The man serving me was the nicest man ever, so kind and helpful.They have great fuel prices and some discounts as I heard.Also took a coffee and a doughnut and it was absolutely flawless. Like in a proper cafe.Thank you so much. This made my day. :)

Absolutely putrid excuse for customer service, pump 5 glitched, the numbers started to turn before any fuel came out. I stopped Immediately and advised the male behind the counter he responded what do you want me to do about it" wouldn't or couldn't come to the bauser to verify. Eventually called the manger who also said his hands were tied. Eventually they came to the conclusion of giving me coffee vouchers ? Pathetic customer service
