Maybe not the best, but the technician gave us lots of advice. Got the job done quickly and smoothly even though it was an emergency call.Unfortunate thing was that we had a bit of dispute about the price, but the guy listened to me after my wife paid thousands of dollars and ended up giving some discount. Still charged unnecessarily over priced.Give two stars for some friendliness and quick emergency service. Always answering the phone was a plus.Minus stars are for the unnecessarily high price.

Great work - fast, efficient and left the carpets looking so clean. Very polite staff. Would highly recommend this company. Ali and his team were very dedicated. They turned up on time and helped move the furniture too.

Whilst I got a lot of good advice from Ali, I was less than happy with how I was treated. When I went to ask questions, I was interrupted before I could even finish. Furthermore, I was completely ripped off for quite a small job. When I (tried to) ask how much the job would be, all I was told is that it would come in a package." I was expecting a few hundred dollars

Ali was rude on arrival and abrupt. He tried to rip me off by jacking up the quoted price by 25%! He parked his van over 2 car spaces at my unit, abused my neighbour and refused to move it when he requested.Ali grumbled about not liking his job through the 30 minutes he took to clean the carpet of 1 bedroom. He was generally unpleasant to deal with.I can’t fault the carpet cleaning, it was spot on.But Ali if you’re going to be aggressive towards your customers and not appreciate our business then perhaps you should stay in bed and not get up for work in the morning.1 star - this mob can’t be trusted to stick by their quote, are abusive to neighbours, have no respect for other people’s property and are just unpleasant.

Superior Carpet Care really helped me after my house was flooded, they were very quick to respond and the work they have done is absolutely incredible. defiantly contact them if you have any flood damage!

Would not recommend this company to anyone. obvious fake positive reviews left here by the owner ali abed in his broken english, just take a look for yourself.had the misfortune of using this service once and will not make that mistake again! ali was rude, far from knowledgeable and tried to rip us off on the final price. the job done was not satisfactory and when I expressed my concern ali was immediately aggressive. this is somebody you DO NOT want in your house. there are plenty of reputable carpet cleaning services in Melbourne and my suggestion is to use those instead and avoid superior carpet care and ali like the plague.

Ali helped us out of a tricky situation when another carpet cleaning company cancelled on us less than 24 hrs before the job and we had a tight window to do end of lease clean before handing the keys back.Great job, very efficient and no mess at the end. Highly recommend his services.

Ali is efficient and courteous. He did the job without a fuss, three bedrooms, and I paid him as quoted. The carpet looks lovely and smells fresh. What more could you want?
