I owe my sincere thanks to Ruchi for helping me with my knee arthritis, sciatia pain, and fractured humerus injury recovery. For the latest injury I had, the orthopaedic surgeon was surprised by my full recovery after 8 weeks whereas most patients he had suffered from frozen shoulder forever. My GP introduced me to Ruchi as I was extremely reluctant to take Lyrica plus panadol non-stop. Ruchi ensured me that knee cartilage can be grown with proper exercise and regular exercise. I listened and I followed the instructions. I got better and better and better. Now I have completely relieved myself from the medication and my back plus knee have improved so much that even my family members were amazed at the progress.
