Honesty and integrity matter when doing business. I won't ever deal with Midfield Meats again. I was sold a roller door that was surplus to one of their properties and was reassured that it had nothing wong with it, and speficically that there were no dent or scratches.When unloading it at home it was found to have two large dents with deep scratches where they had been loaded it onto a trailer without any protection or care (metal on metal). When I contacted to raise my concern it was met with an agressive and nasty response. Rude, mean, and unethical. Expensive and stressful lesson in trust.
